Print Subscription Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Easyriders, we want print subscribers to be happy with their magazine purchase. If you are not satisfied with your print subscription, you may request a cancellation and refund for any unmailed issues at any time, for any reason.
Refunds apply only to issues that have not yet been mailed.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
The cancellation and refund process depends on where your subscription was purchased.
If You Purchased Through Easyriders.com
If your print subscription was purchased directly through Easyriders.com, Easyriders can help with your cancellation or refund request.
Please use our cancellation request form so we can review your subscription and process any eligible refund for issues not mailed.
For eligible refunds, Easyriders will refund the value of any unmailed issues. Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method when available.
If You Purchased Through a Subscription Agency
If your print subscription was purchased through an independent subscription agency, including Subscription Agency.com Inc., Easyriders cannot process the cancellation or refund directly.
Because the original order and payment were handled by the agency, all cancellation and refund requests must be sent to that agency.

The agency will help you finalize your cancellation or refund request in accordance with the refund policy for unmailed issues.
Refund Amount
Refunds are based on the remaining portion of the subscription not yet mailed.
If part of your subscription has already been fulfilled, the issues that have been mailed are not refundable. Any remaining unmailed issues may be eligible for a refund.
Subscriptions to Inmates at Correctional Facilities
Refunds will only be given for issues that have not mailed. Easyriders Magazine does not guarantee the magazine’s delivery or that our content will meet the specific Prison’s policies for publications received or possessed by inmates.
